What is your return policy?

Any defective product can be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. However, we do not accept returned items opened or sealed and we do not issue refunds on products simply due to not liking the taste.
How do I cancel/edit my subscription?

You can access your subscription by clicking HERE and entering your email address or phone number used to create your account. Follow the prompts to reach your subscription dashboard where you can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription. If you need assistance, please email us at beef@primepluswagyu.com.
What are your shipping terms?

All orders are processed within 24 hours and will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. We use USPS or FedEx services depending on your location.

We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping on orders of only one box of WAG BARS. Any orders for more than one box qualify for free shipping. 
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship products within the U.S.
Where can I buy Prime Plus Wagyu

Prime Plus Wagyu can be purchased online on our website as well as Amazon. We are also found in select convenience stores in Oklahoma.
Is Prime Plus Wagyu gluten-free?

The WagBar is not considered gluten-free.
What is the shelf life of The Prime Plus Wagyu Bars & Bites?

Our Wagyu Bars and Bites have a shelf life of one year from the date they were manufactured. You will see the expiration date stamped on the packaging of each individual bar.

American Wagyu Beef, Water, Sugar, Salt, Celery Juice Powder, Lactic Acid, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, and Spice Extractives.
